Our commission ranges from 3 to 7% of the property value (depending on the developer). Partners receive up to 50% of our commission.
Suppose a client purchases a $600,000 property from a developer with a 5% commission
The developer pays us $600,000 * 0.05 = $30,000
The partner receives 30-50%
$30,000 * 0.3 = $10,000
$30,000 * 0.5 = $15,000
The client can buy anything from a $300,000 one-bedroom apartment to a $10 million floor with a payment plan of 3-8 years (after signing the contract, and we receive a 24% commission based on the apartment's value)
