Then, I studied the experiences of developers in the USA, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, gaining fundamental knowledge in the field of real estate price growth.

Now, in Dubai, I apply this experience, helping clients avoid risks and maximize profits in the real estate market, using various tools and knowledge about factors influencing prices.
